She composed a book â€Å"The Artist’s Way at Work† about improving imagination and advancement at work. So this is one of the advantages also, composing the book I think positively affected her work. I don’t think there were and disadvantages, on the grounds that at Y&R she was back again trying sincerely and she was exceptionally effective.
